ORDERS
All orders placed will be confirmed in writing or by an invoice. Proofs of the artwork to be printed or embroidered will be supplied for approval. Please check all correspondence carefully. We cannot make changes once the order has been approved. If this is necessary additional charges will incur – for re stocking or the ordering of revised products, or artwork adjustments.
PRICING
This is separated in to three areas for screen printed items – the price of the garment, the price of the personalisation and the one off screen set up charge.
Embroidery and vinyl personalised orders are quoted on request, the price per garment will include the personalisation.
Artwork – this is necessary if the artwork supplied is not suitable, or a new design is requested. A quotation for this will be provided.
Set up – there is a one off set up cost for each screen, embroidered logo or lettering
All personalisation pricing is available to view under either PRINT COSTS or EMBROIDERY.
Discount - larger personalised order prices will be discounted. Each order is priced on the quantity required. If an order is made for 100 mixed items all with a print, the print price will be for 100. We are happy to supply any repeat orders, for up to 10 working days after the order has been collected, at the same price as the original order (irrelevant of the quantity). After this all future orders for the same personalised products are priced on a new order basis, so if 10 further items are required with the same personalisation 3 months later, this will be priced as an order for 10.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Items which have not been personalised by embroidery or print can be returned within 14 days of receipt (at the customers expense). They must be returned in their original packaging (if necessary) and in their original condition. Please make sure that you have proof of postage when returning an item. Once the returned goods have been examined they can either be exchanged for a different product, a credit note supplied or a full refund (excluding postage) can be made back to the original method of payment.
Products which have been personalised with embroidery or print cannot be refunded or returned except where there is a quality issue. Goods which are faulty must be returned clean and dry.
PROOF OF POSTAGE
When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage or record the delivery from the
Post Office or Courier. If for any reason returned goods are lost in transit, we regret that they still remain your responsibility.
TITLES TO GOODS
All products must be paid for in full before collection or the order is posted.
CURRENCY
All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include vat. Prices may increase before the web site can be updated, if this has occurred you will be
notified at time of ordering.

A single item excluding horse rugs £4.45
2+ items, economy post 3-4 days £6.60
2+ items next day courier service £9.00
All packages will require a signature at the time of delivery. Please make sure you request the delivery to a suitable address.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
(Guaranteed by 1pm the following day, excluding weekends)
Packages up to 1kg £8.55
If we are requested to redirect a parcel to a new address whilst in transit a charge will be made for this.
